Thanks for stopping by! I go by Riot (they/them). I'm a Virtual Assistant based and I want to help hold your brain cell. I have over 15 years graphic design experience, 10 years of digital marketing experience, 6 years customer support experience, and 5 years of community management experience.While I have worked on and off as a virtual assistant since 2012 I decided to take the plunge in being a virtual assistant specifically for artists and creators late 2023. I'm a neurodivergent and disabled queer based out of Toledo, Ohio. I used to code and design Myspace profiles. I grew up supporting artists and that has stuck with me ever since.WHY AM I AN ASSISTANT?
The reason why I decided to open my business is because I want to help independent artists navigate the ever-changing environment the internet currently is and help avoid burnout.When I was much younger I wanted more than anything in the world to run my own art booth in artist alley but I quickly learned I much prefer the management, marketing, and customer support side of running a small business. I offer a blended service packages for a flat fee designed to let you focus on more on the creation process and your brand. All plans can be customized to your needs. Contact me today for a quote.SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
I will manage up to 3 social media platforms. This includes creating and scheduling 3x new posts a week on up to 3 platforms, and social media engagement. I will create a content calendar for you.ADMIN & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I handle tasks such as writing up product descriptions, answering customer support emails, data entry, scheduling products for your store and anything else you need me to assist with.DISCORD COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
I can cross-post from social media, create announcements for your discord, answer community questions, assist in moderating, and any other tasks you need help with.STARTING RATES
This package include 5-7 hours of work a week. If it is determined the amount needs scaled (due to longer hours) I will re-adjust my final quote. All prices are in USD. I must receive half of the final quoted price before I begin work.Half Month - $250

Due to the nature of the services offered I do not offer refunds. I do, however, offer cancellations on longer contracts on a case by case basis.
